To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within the applicable period from the date of the initial order.
Submit a support ticket from your FluidHost client area.
Include your invoice number and (optional) a brief reason for cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Certain services are excluded from our money-back guarantee, including but not limited to:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates
- VPS, Dedicated, or Cloud servers
- Email hosting and business tools
- Setup fees (if any)
- Software licenses, third-party services, or custom work
Once purchased, these services cannot be refunded even if canceled within the guarantee period.
Refunds are not available for renewals or payments made after the first billing cycle.
To avoid renewal charges, please ensure your plan is canceled before the next billing date.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If that is not possible, a store credit may be provided instead.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after approval.
