By using our hosting, domains, or any related services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
You agree not to use FluidHost services for any activity that:
Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Harms or attempts to harm minors, individuals, or organizations.
Interferes with or disrupts the security, performance, or availability of our network or other customers.
Illegal material (e.g., pirated software, copyrighted movies, or music)
Hacking tools, exploits, or malware
Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
Content that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or terrorism
Scam, phishing, or fraudulent websites
Proxy scripts, anonymizers, or bulk mail scripts
You may not use our servers or services to:
Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
Run mailing lists without proper consent and opt-out mechanisms
Send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent emails
Use open relays or spam-related scripts
To ensure stable service for all customers:
You may not run CPU, memory, or bandwidth–intensive processes continuously.
Shared hosting plans must be used for website hosting only, not file storage or backups.
Cron jobs, background daemons, or custom server processes must be approved in advance.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or server
Perform DDoS, port scanning, or penetration testing without consent
Modify, intercept, or forge network traffic or headers
Upload or distribute viruses, worms, or malicious scripts
You are responsible for ensuring your clients comply with this AUP.
Repeated or serious violations by your clients may result in suspension of your reseller account.

Include as much detail as possible (domain, logs, timestamps, description) so we can investigate promptly.
Violation of this AUP may result in:
Warning or temporary suspension
Permanent termination of service without refund
Removal of offending content
Legal action, if applicable
FluidHost reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation at its sole discretion.
We may revise this AUP periodically. The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
