At FluidHost, all our products and services are delivered digitally.
We do not ship any physical goods. The following policy explains how and when you will receive access to our services after successful payment.

1. Digital Service Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully processed:
  • Hosting accounts are automatically provisioned and activated, typically within a few minutes.

  • Account details, login credentials, and setup instructions are sent to your registered email address.

  • Domain registrations or SSL certificates (if ordered) are activated within a few hours after verification and processing.

  • 2. No Physical Shipping

    FluidHost does not sell or deliver any physical products.
    As such:
  • There are no shipping fees.

  • There are no courier tracking numbers.

  • Delivery time depends solely on the successful processing of your online payment.

  • 3. Incorrect Email Address

    If you entered an incorrect or inactive email address during checkout, your service activation details may not be delivered.
    Please contact our support team immediately to correct your information.
