Welcome to FluidHost (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website fluidhost.com and related hosting services, you (“Customer”, “Client”, or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a hosting plan, or accessing any part of our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country).

  • You have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services Offered

FluidHost provides:

  • Shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated hosting services

  • Domain registration, SSL certificates, and related add-ons

  • Website management tools and customer support

    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

    3. Account Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Ensuring all account information (email, billing, contact details) is accurate and up to date.

  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not.

    • FluidHost will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your negligence.

    4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

    You agree not to use our services for:

  • Sending spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited emails

  • Hosting malware, pirated content, or illegal material

  • Running IRC, crypto mining, or DDoS-related tools

  • Engaging in hacking, exploitation, or abusive behavior

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation

    • Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

    5. Resource Usage

    All hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits.
    You must not:

  • Use shared hosting resources for file storage, backups, or archiving unrelated to your website.

  • Consume excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth that affects other users.

    • Accounts exceeding normal usage may be temporarily limited or moved to a different plan.

    6. Payments and Renewals

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD, depending on region.

  • Services are billed in advance and automatically renewed unless canceled.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid suspension.

  • Invoices unpaid after the due date may result in service interruption or termination.

    • Refer to our Refund Policy for eligible refund conditions.

    7. Cancellations

    You may cancel your service anytime from your client area or by contacting support.
    Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless a refund is applicable under our Refund Policy 

    8. Backups and Data

    FluidHost may perform periodic backups for maintenance purposes; however:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

  • We do not guarantee recovery of lost data.

  • Backup restoration may incur an administrative fee.

    • 9. Uptime Guarantee

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime on all hosting services.
    Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control (force majeure, network outages, data center issues) are excluded from uptime calculations.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    FluidHost, its affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
    In any case, FluidHost’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected service in the last 12 months.

    • 11. Suspension and Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate our Terms, AUP, or any applicable law

  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent activity

  • Payment remains overdue beyond the grace period

    • Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

    Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
